How to Get a Fawxington

Fawxingtons are a closed species and are only available through OTAs/NYPs, Flatsales, Auctions,
and Bribes with Thalliumfire or authorized artists who have special permission.
*Please do not approach creators or moderators about special permissions.

Payment Methods

Points and Money accepted.  (Unless stated otherwise.)
Amount may be split in half-points and half-money. ( Please ask before.)
Payment plans are accepted for amounts above 100$ ( Weekly or monthly payments)

Rules for Adopting and Trading Your Fawxington

• After payment is received you will receive a full resolution image of your Fawxington (lightly watermarked)!
  Do not remove any watermarks from the FXT designs please.
  
• Edits can be made to the hairstyle, but palette changes and any other edits need to be approved by Thalliumfire
  
• Any trades, sales, gifts, or swaps of a Fawxington MUST be noted in the MASTERLIST.  
  Additionally, you must register your newly purchased Fawxington (Auction, OTA, Bribe, Flatsale) on the Masterlist as soon as you receive them!
  
• You may only trade or sell your Fawxington after you've owned it for a full week to discourage trade-fodder behavior.
   (This does not apply to Fawxingtons being swapped for other Fawxingtons).  
  
• You may only resell your Fawxington if you are the original purchaser or if you purchased with money through a reselling of the Fawxington.
  
• You may only resell your Fawxington at it's base price it was purchased forin addition to art you purchased.  
  This does not apply to personal art, gifts, or free art.  Only commissioned works where payment was exchanged for artwork.
  
• You may NOT resell your Fawxington if you obtained he/she via trade!
  
• You may NOT trade your Fawxington you got through trade for real life merchandise or vouchers!
  
• You are allowed to trade your Fawxington you got through 'resell' or 'set price' for merchandise,
  but only for the SAME price. The merchandise must cost the same amount as the Fawxington, NOT higher.
  
• You may NOT co-own Fawxingtons! Under no circumstances or exceptions, is this allowed.
  

Etiquette in the Fawxington Community

• Do not steal artwork or designs. Do not scam users out of their artwork or designs.
  Violation of either of these rules will result in three warnings and if you exceed over those warnings
  and you will receive a ban from the community and a blacklist from future auctions/otas/flatsales.
  You will get to keep any of your FXTs but you will not be able to participate in the FXT community.
  We do NOT revoke designs!
  
  

• Please credit the species everytime you draw a Fawxington so people can link back to the group or species owners.
  
  

• Do not guilt other players in any way.
  
  

• Do not White Knight on behalf of the Fawxington creator, moderators, or community.
  If a situation arises that needs to be handled, please personally message Thalliumfire or an admin in a note.  
  Do not take it upon yourself to message the offending player.
  
  

• Keep all NSFW or Lewd content on Furaffinity or Weasyl.
  DeviantART is home to adults as well as minors and the Fawxington DeviantART community
  would prefer if all explicit content in the form of artwork and writings be kept out of the DeviantART community.
